Requirements:
A.) Passport Copy - Pages required (Name in English and Date of Birth page)
B.) Two Photos (2x2)
C.) Examination Fess according to your application (pls. refer JKA kuwait for the amount)
D.) Copy of your previous JKA Kyu Dan Diploma
E.) All JKA members should have their JKA PASSPORT before taking any EXAM/EVENT
